Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking. They inform you how Pure Wellbeing will provide services to you and other important information.
BOOKING
All bookings are non-refundable. We offer individual session and class bookings to allow our clients the flexibility to select sessions that are convenient to them.
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & MISSED CLASSES
Following booking, Pure Wellbeing are under no obligation to refund or transfer your money or roll over your session or appointment to a later date, in the event that you are unable to attend your booked session. However, a discretionary partial refund by means of a voucher which can be redeemed for a future booking will be issued, less an administration fee, if there are clients on the waiting list who are able to take the place.
If your sessions are being paid for by someone other than yourself, you are responsible for informing that person of our payment and cancellation policies.
Personal Training, 121 Sessions and Small Group Sessions
These sessions are to be paid for in advance. A minimum of 48 hours-notice needs to be given in order for your session to be re-scheduled. Should you have to cancel or do not turn up to a session, Pure Wellbeing are under no obligation to offer you a refund or re-arrange your session.
12-week Lifestyle Weight Management Course once the course has commenced, if you are no longer able to continue on the course or should you have to cancel, Pure Wellbeing are under no obligation to offer you a refund.
Cancellation over 14 days prior to the course commencing a full refund will be given, less a £20 administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the course commencing, a 50% refund will be offered less a £10 administration fee. Once the course has commenced, no refund will be available after this point.
Cancelled Classes - In the event of a studio closure or we cancel a class or appointment due to unforeseen circumstances / staff sickness etc, we will endeavour, where possible, to reschedule your session. If we are unable to reschedule your session, we will offer you a refund for the cancelled session.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is the client’s responsibility to inform Pure Wellbeing of any existing medical conditions / injuries (ensuring to complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) prior to taking part in your class or appointment. You agree to inform Pure Wellbeing of any medical or personal changes, including pregnancy, and surgery, as soon as you are aware of them. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
ILLNESS
Should you develop any known or suspected medical condition (including Covid-19 symptoms) please consult your doctor and do not attend your face to face class. All information received is treated in confidence and with sensitivity. Please wait until your doctor has given the all-clear or Pure Wellbeing has confirmed that you can return to your face to face session. Pure Wellbeing are NOT able to refund you for any missed classes or appointments.
ADVERSE WEATHER
Pure Wellbeing are under no obligation to refund lessons that may be missed due to local adverse weather. We regret that we are unable to offer a refund or rescheduling of sessions in the event of adverse conditions local to yourselves preventing you from attending a scheduled class or appointment.
WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICE
Pure Wellbeing may, at their own discretion, withhold the right to refuse entry to a customer to their sessions if it is felt that the customer’s behaviour is unreasonable or threatening. In this event no refund can be given.
VALUABLES, PERSONAL BELONGINGS & JEWELLERY
All property left in the studio and all property (including bikes) left outside, are left at your own risk. Pure Wellbeing cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions.
HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE
We request that outer footwear is not worn in the studio. Shoes must be stored on the footwear mat provided, and bags, coats and personal belongings must be stored in the unit provided in the studio.
For reasons of hygiene please remember to wash your hands on arrival and use the hand sanitiser provided.
Please bring a drinks bottle with you to your session.
Appropriate clothing for the session you are booked to attend must be worn.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death and personal injury. In the absence of any proven negligence, lack of due diligence or breach of duty by the instructor(s) or Pure Wellbeing Studio, all participants take part at their own risk.
DATA PROTECTION and GDPR
In order to book a class with Pure Wellbeing, you must register your details at the time of booking. These will include your name, mobile and landline phone numbers, email address, home address, emergency contact details, and any relevant conditions that could affect you whilst in a class.
We will not share this data with any other third party other than those required to process your booking or where we are legally required to do so. All clients are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire which your Instructor will have access to in order to ensure that she is offering you a class that is safe and effective for you and your body.
You can choose to unsubscribe to marketing emails at any time. Although this is our main way of communicating with our clients and informing you of any service changes and updates.
CHANGES TO OUR T&Cs
From time to time we may update these terms and conditions and, in this instance, will notify existing customers who are currently booked onto our courses.
