We often say we know what we need to be doing, the hard bit is actually making it happen and sticking to it, which is absolutely normal.    


If you are ready to embrace change, and you have space in your life to put 'you' on the 'to do' list, then joining our course today is the right step for you.


Our Lifestyle Weight Management Course is designed to support you to achieve your goals, and make lifelong change.  Delivered from our beautiful and secluded studio just outside of Arnold, you can rest assured that you will feel comfortable and supported in a calm and friendly environment.  

 

The course has a maximum of eight participants. Group sessions create a sense of community, motivating and encouraging each other to stay committed, having a much greater chance of achieving success.

12 week healthy lifestyle weight management course

Our 12 week Lifestyle Weight Management Course is designed to give you all the tools that you need to make sustainable lifestyle change, and form new healthy habits. 

Each week the session will be split into two parts. We begin the session with a 45 minute engaging and interactive workshop where we will explore lots of different topics.

The second part of the session is a practical element involving physical activity.   If you are new to physical activity, please be assured that the session will be suitable for everyone, with lots of options and modifications so you can join in at a level appropriate for you. 


Each week you will receive topic information sheets which cover the content of the workshop.  You will also receive your very own Pure Wellbeing folder, useful for keeping your paperwork together.   


It doesn't stop at 12 weeks... once you complete the course, you are invited to come along to regular drop in sessions, helping to keep you on track and focused on your goals. There will also be occasional walks arranged to bring all Pure Wellbeing clients together. 


The cost for the 12 week course is £120.00, including all course materials.  

The next course will commence on Friday 10th January 2025 and is now available for booking.

Week Twelve - The Next Phase and Topic Recap

The course content has been carefully created by Pure Wellbeing founder and experienced weight management practitioner Charlotte Hashim, to ensure the materials are evidence based, underpinned by research and NICE guidance.

Engaging in a healthy and active lifestyle can bring you so many benefits, including  reducing your risk of chronic disease, improving mood, sleep, ability to carry out activities of daily living, and feeling better within yourself.  

It does not mean you need to be counting calories and running everyday.

Eating a healthy balanced diet and incorporating physical activity, such as brisk walking, will promote health improvement.  You should not deny yourself the pleasures you enjoy in life, just enable yourself to have the ability to be in control of these, which will leave you feeling empowered, which is the key to success. 

The January course is now available for booking.

The next course will be held on Friday mornings at 09:30 - 11:00, commencing on Friday 10th January 2025.  The 12 week course is  £120.00 including session resources.

There will not be a session held on Friday 21st February 2025.


If you are unable to attend a session then you will be provided with the topic materials, and invited to attend the workshop element for that topic week on the next course, so you will not miss out.
