Charlotte will optimise every aspect of your training, nutrition and lifestyle, giving you the tools, guidance and accountability to achieve and sustain first class outcomes.

Our personal training service is an individualised process, which begins with a comprehensive analysis in order for your training programme to be personalised, and specific to you. It is important for Charlotte to get a detailed understanding of key factors that will influence your programme, such as your training history, any previous injuries, what has worked well for you before, your likes and dislikes, nutrition history, lifestyle, hobbies, and ultimately your goals.
We will carry out a functional movement screening (FMS) and take body composition measurements. The FMS is designed to identify joint range of movement, and any muscular weakness or imbalance, all of which need to be addressed from the outset in your programme. The body composition measurements will establish your baseline and starting point, which is a really useful means to record and check in on your progress throughout your journey. Lastly we will carry out some fitness tests. There are a wealth of evidence based tests to choose from for all populations. Please be assured this is not something to worry about, and the tests will be very carefully selected to be appropriate you.
From all of this, Charlotte will then create your bespoke and detailed optimal training programme, that is both safe as well as highly effective.
